1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the InboxEvo browser extension, the website located at getinboxevo.com, support communications, and related services or materials.
By accessing the website, installing InboxEvo, or using any InboxEvo feature, you agree to these terms and the InboxEvo Privacy Policy.
Do not use InboxEvo if you do not agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally permitted to enter into these terms under the laws that apply to you.
If you use InboxEvo on behalf of a company, organization, school, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
InboxEvo is not directed to children under 13.
3. Limited License to Use InboxEvo

This license allows you to use InboxEvo with supported browsers and Gmail accounts for personal or internal business purposes.
No ownership rights are transferred to you.

- Copy, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially redistribute InboxEvo without written permission.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive InboxEvo source code except where such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.
- Remove or obscure copyright, trademark, attribution, license, or ownership notices.
- Misrepresent your relationship with InboxEvo.
- Use automated systems to overload, scrape, probe, or disrupt the InboxEvo website or support services.
5. Browser and Gmail Permissions
InboxEvo requires certain browser permissions to provide its features. These permissions may allow the extension to operate on Gmail pages, observe supported webpage changes, save preferences, and run components required for optional sounds.
Your browser will display requested permissions during installation or when a new permission is required.
You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to approve those permissions.
Some InboxEvo features may not work if required permissions are denied, removed, or restricted.

- The compatibility of InboxEvo with every device, browser version, account type, or Gmail configuration.
Gmail, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and other third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. InboxEvo is an independent product unless explicitly stated otherwise.
7. Updates and Changes to the Extension
InboxEvo may release updates to improve reliability, compatibility, security, design, or functionality.
Updates may:
- Add, remove, modify, or replace features.
- Change browser permission requirements.
- Adjust how Gmail activity is detected.
- Fix bugs or compatibility problems.
- Change supported browsers or Gmail environments.
Your browser may install extension updates automatically, depending on your browser settings and store policies.
InboxEvo does not guarantee that every previous feature or behavior will remain available indefinitely.
8. Support

- Recovery of deleted emails or lost information.
When requesting support, you are responsible for avoiding unnecessary disclosure of passwords, authentication codes, private email contents, financial information, or other sensitive data.
9. Ownership and Intellectual Property
InboxEvo and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the extension, website, source code, designs, graphics, branding, documentation, and related materials.
The InboxEvo name, logo, visual identity, and associated branding may not be used in a way that suggests sponsorship, approval, partnership, or affiliation without written permission.
Feedback, suggestions, or ideas you voluntarily provide may be used to improve InboxEvo without compensation or obligation to you, provided that InboxEvo does not claim ownership of your existing intellectual property.
10. Information You Submit
You retain ownership of messages, screenshots, logs, and other material you submit through support channels.
You grant InboxEvo permission to use that material only as reasonably necessary to:
- Respond to your request.
- Investigate and reproduce technical issues.
- Improve security, reliability, and product behavior.
- Maintain support and troubleshooting records.
You represent that you have the right to submit the material and that doing so does not violate another person’s rights.
11. Disclaimers

InboxEvo makes no warranty that:

- Every sound or notification will play successfully.
- InboxEvo will prevent accidental deletion or recover deleted messages.
- The extension will remain compatible with all future Gmail or browser changes.
- The website or extension will always be available.
InboxEvo is a productivity tool and should not be relied upon as the sole method of receiving urgent, emergency, legal, medical, financial, security, or time-sensitive communications.
You are responsible for reviewing your Gmail inbox and confirming the result of important email actions.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, InboxEvo and its owners, developers, contributors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
This includes damages arising from:
- Missed, delayed, duplicated, or inaccurate notifications.
- Deleted, archived, moved, or otherwise modified email.
- Loss of data, access, revenue, profits, opportunity, or goodwill.
- Browser, Gmail, device, account, extension, or network failures.
- Unauthorized access, malware, or third-party conduct.
- Your use of or inability to use InboxEvo.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, the total liability arising from InboxEvo will be limited to the greater of:
- The amount you paid directly to InboxEvo during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
- Fifty United States dollars.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations. In those jurisdictions, these provisions apply only to the maximum extent allowed by law.
13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless InboxEvo and its owners, developers, contributors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from:
- Your unlawful or prohibited use of InboxEvo.
- Your violation of these terms.
- Your violation of another person’s rights.
- Material you submit through support or other channels.
14. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using InboxEvo at any time by disabling or removing the extension.
InboxEvo may restrict or terminate access to website services, support channels, or future account-based features when reasonably necessary because of:
- A violation of these terms.
- Security, fraud, spam, harassment, or abuse concerns.
- A legal requirement.

Continued use of InboxEvo after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.
